3. No Guarantees
Results vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee:

  • Weight loss

  • Muscle gain

  • Specific physical results

Testimonials and examples are not guarantees of results.

4. Purchases, Billing & Subscriptions

One-Time Purchases

All digital products (ebooks, guides, programs) are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions & Coaching Programs

  • Subscription plans (e.g., Fast Track Coaching) are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.

  • You may cancel according to the cancellation policy outlined at purchase.

Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment details.

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to content, no refunds are provided for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Online programs

  • Coaching services already delivered

If a refund policy applies to a specific offer, it will be clearly disclosed on the checkout page.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services, including videos, workouts, programs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Fit and Sexy Bodies Online Coaching.

8. Account Access (Trainerize & Platforms)

If you receive access to platforms such as Trainerize:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login

  • You may not share access with others

  • Access may be revoked upon cancellation or termination

9. Communication Consent (Email & SMS)

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive:

  • Transactional messages

  • Coaching communications

  • Marketing messages (where permitted)

Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

10.Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Fit and Sexy Bodies Online Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fit and Sexy Bodies Online Coaching from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
